This is the message we most want to receive. If a rate here does not match the ATO or the Fair Work Ombudsman, tell us which page, which figure, and what you believe it should be. We check it against the primary source and correct it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your personal tax position, tell you what you should be paid, or intervene in a pay dispute. For an underpayment, contact the Fair Work Ombudsman on 13 13 94. For a tax question specific to your circumstances, speak to a registered tax agent or the ATO on 13 28 61.
